Scottish Paragliding + Sites guide

Cliff Smith & Gary Williamson are currently collaborating on major new book about Scottish Paragliding. The book will be an introduction (to mainly paragliding in Scotland) and a selected sites guide.
We now invite contributions from all pilots in Scotland and would welcome submission of good quality photographs showcasing the very best of Scottish Paragliding. In each case (and where relevant) we would require a note of where the photo was taken, direction of the view, name of pilot, name of photographer, any other relevant info.
Copyright of the photo will remain with the photographer. All photos will be credited but no payment can be offered.
Publication is due for January 2010.
We also invite offers of assistance in proof reading sections of text.

I had the pleasure to see the book in its current draft form at the recent SHPF meeting and it truly does look excellent.
The photos by Gary Williamson are simply stunning and the site list whilst still being work in progress is to my eye quite comprehensive. Cliff and Gary are fully aware of and are working with the respective clubs regarding sensitive sites and their inclusion or not.
As more information becomes available I am sure that it will get posted here and I for one will certainly be purchasing a copy when it is published. Bob V
